This
ice jacket contains 11, 6-inch by 10-inch ice packs secured
in sewn pockets that cover all the major muscle groups and joints
involved in intense upper body training. Ice treatments are
extremely beneficial after all intense training, even more so
after weight training. The ice brings down joint inflammation
and starts the recovery process of the muscles much faster.
Immediately after training, use the jacket for 15 -25 minutes.
The Jacket allows you to remain mobile after training, something
regular icepacks prevent. When you are done, fold the jacket
up and store it in the freezer until after your next training
session. The ice packs stay in the jacket, the jacket stays
in the freezer in order to remain cold. Matt

after training and they feel incredible, but the time it takes
to set them up and to have enough ice to do it is unreasonable.
You also need to be in extremely good health for ice baths
because they tend to have some very serious side effects if
you are not in top shape. The cold tends to be somewhat of
a shock to your system, the jacket is simply a better option.”
